My #Eurovision Top 15 is topped by Italy. Last year Italy's Franchesca Michielin 'No Degree Of Separation' was ranked 10th while Czech Republic topped 2016. Sweden, Belgium, Ireland and Iceland round the top 5.  Only Italy, Estonia, Latvia, France & Bulgaria repeat on the Top 15.
